ABOUT ŻNIWA
Żniwa is an acoustic Pagan Folk project from Poland drawing from Celtic, Slavic, Nordic and related traditions. The repertoire combines original compositions inspired by historical sources with authentic traditional pieces dating back several centuries.
The band performs exclusively with acoustic instruments that sound powerful both amplified and fully unplugged: lute, five-string violin, various flutes, didgeridoo, cajon, Irish bouzouki, tagelharpa, Celtic harp and more. The music evokes deep emotion, from wild dances to moments of pure nostalgia.
